Here is my story, since I work @BCBSSC the Prisma Health Breast Mobile Unit would come to my work place at different times during the year.  So, of course every year since 40 years old, I had my screening mammogram on the mobile unit.  Well, 11 years later in 2018 something was spotted on the mammogram so to the Breast Center for a biopsy (ouch).  Thankfully, it was Stage 0 DCIS (ductual carcinoma in situ) meaning very small and contained.  So, surgery to remove cancer and 6 weeks of radiation 3 days a week and I have been good to go ever since.  THANK GOD!!  I chose my team name because GOD was with me before, during, and after (like he always is).  Just to give you an idea of what I mean, I applied for a job in Nashville, TN in March of 2018 but did not get!!  Think about that, if I would have got the job, I would have most likely skipped my mammogram in 2018 and who knows but GOD!!  So, if you feel it in your heart to donate, please do.  If you feel it in your heart to walk or run, please do, come on out and join my team WALK BY FAITH!!
