About CAMP KEMO Programs of Palmetto Health Children’s Hospital
We invite you to join us on the journey to help provide the programs needed to
meet the psychosocial needs of the patients, siblings and parents who face the
challenges created by cancer and blood disorders. Treating these diseases in
children requires a careful balance of services to meet the physical, emotional
and social needs of the entire family. CAMP KEMO Programs of Palmetto Health
Children’s Hospital are designed to educate, inspire and support the entire
family so that life is more manageable and enjoyable. It is critically
important to provide emotional support from the moment of diagnosis through the
end of treatment and beyond—from late effects clinics for long-term survivors
to bereavement support for those families whose children pass away.
